It has been wonderful to welcome our teacher and students to Term 2 after an extended holiday break that incorporated Anzac Day.

As we reach the end of Term 2, we reflect on a vibrant and productive term with exciting events and immersions to wonderful academic and extra-curricular achievements:

Ms Clare and Sophia attended the Federation’s 15th Annual Community Language Teachers Conference and Professional Development Training Day at the University of Sydney.

Assisted with Co-ordination of 8th Sydney Chinese College Badminton Tournament

Five students performed “Pear in Blossom” on Community Language School Spectacular 2024 at Town Hall

We pocketed two bronze medals from Judo National Championship at Gold Coast

Two students received Most Improved Award from NSW Go Championship U19 Division

Ms Clare and Mr Wally to lead the Hong Kong International camp

3rd NSW Inter Schools Badminton Tournament with 71 primary and 191 Secondary students registered

Our junior alumni were selected to Badminton State team and/or advanced to NSW Open challenge semi final

11 students registered in 2024 Chinese Eisteddfods held at University of Sydney Technology

Celebrated Mother’s Day and Experienced Dragon Festival

Badminton Training has been extended to MLC Sunday morning, and YMCA Epping Sunday afternoon

ICT has been introduced into our Chinese classroom

Successfully held Robotics camp to 130 students at University of Sydney
