NSW Epping West Chinese School is a main component of Epping West Public School community
2015 First Chinese class started in Epping West Public School
2017 14 Chinese classes offered from Monday to Saturday during school terms.
2017 Became HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) test centre
2020 Registered as Incorporated organization.
2020 Online lesson was introduced.
2020 Members of NSW Federation of Community Language Schools Inc.
2021 Registered as Working with Children Check employer
2021 Registered as Creative Kids Voucher Provider
2022 Co-ordinated NSW Inter Community Language Schools Badminton Tournament
2022 Offered Badminton training lesson to students and parents
2023 Co-ordinated NSW Inter Schools Badminton Tournament
2023 18 volunteer teachers and teacher assistants, with 13 holding Certificate III of Community Language
2023 Added Robotics, Visual Arts, Baduk, Potted Arts class and Holiday camp
2023 Started the enrolment of pre-schoolers
2024 Competed Sydney Chinese College Badminton Tournament for 4th times
2024 Support NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) program
About the Program
The NSW Epping West Chinese School delivers two-hours Chinese language and culture classroom lessons to 4 years old and above students from 3:15pm to 5:15pm during weekdays and 1:30pm to 6:00pm on Saturdays during the established NSW school calendar. We also offer online lessons to school aged students across Sydney metropolitan area, NSW Australia when applicable.
The objects of the NSW Epping West Chinese School are to provide a high-quality educational experience for students seeking to learn the languages of Mandarin and Cantonese. The school is committed to following a Quality Assurance Framework and NSW Chinese Syllabus with new technologies to deliver and connect experiential activities to the real life.
The NSW Epping West Chinese School encourages the active involvement of its members in managing and assisting the school, including but not limited to attendance at general meetings and participation in school activities. Furthermore, we actively participate in workshops and conferences organised by NSW Federation of Community Languages School Inc. and Department of Education Community Languages Program Office.

Program: on demand Chinese lesson, Cultural experience camp, Chinese Traditional Painting and Calligraphy, Robotics, Visual Arts ,GO/Baduk, Succulent Pot Design, HSK preparation, HSC preparation, Badminton, Maths and homework support, NDIS program.
Lesson Time: Monday to Friday 3:15pm to 5:15pm, Saturday 1:00 to 6:00pm, subject to availability
