Assistance with travel/transport arrangements, 协助旅行/交通安排

Daily Personal Activities, 日常个人起居

Group and Centre Based Activities, 团体和中心的社交活动

Household tasks, 家居工作

Interpreting and translation, 传译和翻译

Participation in community/social and civic activities, 参与社区/社交活动

Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages/transitions and supports, 协助协调/管理生活阶段/转换帮助

Development of daily living and life skills, 培养日常生活技能

Innovative Community Participation, 创造性的社区参与

Plan Management 计划管理

Assistance to access and/or maintain employment and/or education 协助进入职场/教育
